Toy Run 3000 in a Giant ‘Little Tike’

This was such an icredible event to be apart of. For over 5 years members from the FuelTopia car community have gone round Children’s Hospitals in the South East donating toys for Christmas.

Well there was no chance of us going in anything normal and what better than the Giant ‘Little Tike’ built by John and Geof at Attitude Autos. Now the only issue was it was snowing outside, I needed to travel 70 miles to collect the vehicle from Nankang Tyre UK, as they was using it for shows and demonstrations. Anyway pitch black now on a cold Friday night and I realise I now have the same 70 miles back home in a car with no windscreen, windows or heater system. At one point I did considering going for a wee in the hope it might warm me up.

Back home feeling like a snowman the blood finally starting to circulate again. Few hours sleep and early start into London to collect Elliott and meet up at Ace Cafe London. There is just something about this little car that puts the biggest smile on your face! I love driving it, even when it feels like my face and fingers are going to fall off.

The Toy Run was a succes, everyone was so generous and the kids loved all the gifts we brought them. I think some would have prefered the cars instead 🙂
